Ingredients
- Chicken ( 300 gm )
- Pepper (1 tea spoon )
- Salt (as required )
- Turmeric powder ( 1/2 tea spoon )
- Corn flour ( 2 tea spoon )
- Maida (1/2 tea spoon )
- Rice flour ( 1 tea spoon )
- Gram flour ( 1 tea spoon )
- Chilly powder ( 1 tea spoon )
- Ginger garlic paste ( 1 tea spoon )
- Ginger (1 tea spoon chopped )
- Garlic (1 tea spoon )
- Curry leaves
- Green chilly
- Lemon juice ( 2 )
- Garam masala (1 tea spoon )
- Fennel seeds ( 1 tea spoon )
Process
Boil the chicken with pepper salt and turmeric powder ( half boiled ).
Make a paste by mixing maida , corn flour , rice flour , gram flour , salt ,chilly powder ,garam masala , ginger garlic paste and lemon juice.
Dip boiled chicken pieces in to it and mix well .
Make sure that all part of chicken pieces is mixed with paste.
Keep aside for about two hours, preferably refrigerate if possible .
Heat the oil for deep frying and fry the chicken pieces till they are cooked through and evenly browned.
Place the fried chicken pieces on absorbent tissue papers to absorb the excessive oil.
Use the same oil to fry the green chilies , ginger , garlic , fennel seeds and curry leaves and add to the fried chicken pieces.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
