Ingredients
- Maida ( 3 cups )
- Egg ( 2 )
- Milk ( 1 cup )
- Water ( as required )
- Salt ( as required )
- Chicken ( 200 gm,boneless )
- Pepper ( 1 tea spoon )
- Vegetable oil ( 2 table spoon )
- Ginger ( 1 tea spoon chopped )
- Garlic ( 1 tea spoon chopped )
- Onion ( 2 sliced )
- Cabbage ( 2 table spoon sliced )
- Turmeric powder ( 1/2 tea spoon )
- Chilly powder ( 1 tea spoon )
- Garam masala ( 1 tea spoon )
- Carrot ( 1 table spoon chopped )
Preparing Batter
Maida is mixed with beaten eggs.
Add milk to it.
Add enough water and salt in to it.
Mix well to form a batter ( like dosa mix ).
Keep it for 15 minutes.
Maida batter is ready.
Preparing Filling
Boil chicken with pepper and salt.
Take a pan and add oil in to it.
Add garlic, ginger, onion, carrot and cabbage in to it
Add salt in to it and stir well.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and garam masala in to it.
Add boiled chicken in to it and mix well.
Cook for few minutes.
Filling is ready.
Process
Heat a non stick tawa and add oil in to it.
Spread 1 table spoon of the batter on the whole of the pan (like dosa).
Grease all the corners and then cook it on the other side also.
Add filling in to it (inside) and roll it.
Tasty chicken pancake is ready.
