Ingredients
- Basmati Rice ( 250 gm )
- Onion ( 2 medium ,sliced )
- Egg ( 2 )
- Carrot ( 1 sliced )
- Beans ( 6 sliced )
- Green peas (1 small cup boiled )
- Coriander leaves
- Cashew nuts
- Raisins
- Lemon ( 1 )
- Cardamom ( 1 )
- Cinnamon ( 1" )
- Cloves ( 5 )
- Pepper ( 5 )
- Kaskas (1 pinch )
- Tomato ( 1 sliced )
- Tomato sauce ( 1 tea spoon )
- Soya sauce ( 1 tea spoon )
- Chilly sauce ( 1 tea spoon )
- Cellery ( 2 sliced )
- Cabbage ( 1 small cup sliced )
- Vegetable oil (2 table spoon )
- Ghee ( 1 table spoon )
- Water (( 4 cups )
- Salt ( as required )
Process
Boil water in a pan.
Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, kaskas, lemon juice and salt in to it.
Add basmati rice in to boiling water.
Boil rice and remove water content.
Keep it aside.
Take a pan.
Add vegetable oil and ghee in to it.
Add onion, carrot, beans, cellery, cabbage and boiled green peas in to it.
Add tomato and pinch of salt.
Add egg in to it and stir well and add nuts and raisins in to it.
Fried it until it turns brown.
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilly sauce and coriander leaves in to it.
Stir all the ingredients together.
Add boiled rice in to it and stir well.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Delicious fried rice is ready.
