Ingredients
- Maida ( 1 cup )
- Egg ( 2 nos )
- Sugar (1 table spoon)
- Salt ( a pinch )
- Milk ( 1/2 cup )
- Water ( as required )
- Cardamom.( 1 )
- Ghee ( 2 table spoon )
Process
Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.
Take a tawa and add ghee in to it.
Pour batter in to it.
Spread it like dosa.
Add some ghee.
Fold it twice.
Paalada is ready.
