Ingredients
- Mushroom ( chopped 100 gm )
- Carrot ( 1/2 cup )
- Milk ( 1/2 cup )
- Corn flour ( 1 teaspoon )
- Onion ( 1 sliced )
- Ginger Garlic Paste ( 1 tea spoon )
- Pepper Powder ( white pepper, 2 tea spoon )
- Vegetable oil ( 1 tea spoon )
- Salt ( as required )
- Water ( as required )
Process
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, mushrooms, salt and carrot.
Fry it for some times.
Add pepper powder.
Add water in to it.
Boil it until mushroom is cooked.
Add milk.
Add coriander leaves.
Add corn flour and stir it until it boil.
Serve hot!!
