Beef Lever Roast



Ingredients

  • Liver ( 500 gm, sliced )
  • Onion ( 2 sliced )
  • Ginger garlic paste ( 1 tea spoon )
  • Capsicum ( 1 sliced )
  • Green chilly ( 1 sliced )
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt ( as required )
  • Coriander powder ( 1 table spoon )
  • Chilly powder ( 1 tea spoon )
  • Garam masala ( 1 tea spoon )
  • Turmeric powder ( 1tea spoon )
  • Pepper powder ( 2 tea spoon )
  • Soya sauce ( 1 tea spoon )

Process

Boil liver with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion.

Fry for few minutes,then add green chilly and garlic paste.

Add curry leaves.

Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.

Add capsicum and soya sauce.

Stir well with low flame.

Add boiled liver in to it and cook for 10 minutes.

Liver roast is ready to serve!!!
