Chilly Beef



Ingredients

  • Beef ( 500 gm )
  • Green chilly ( 3 nos, sliced )
  • Onion ( 2 sliced )
  • Tomato puree ( 1 cup )
  • Ginger garlic paste ( 1 tea spoon )
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt ( as required )
  • Chilly sauce ( 1 table spoon )
  • Chilly powder ( 1 tea spoon )
  • Turmeric powder ( 1/2 tea spoon )
  • Coriander powder ( 1 table spoon )
  • Oil ( 2 table spoon )
  • Pepper ( 1 tea spoon )
  • Garam masala ( 1 teaspoon )
  • Water ( 1 cup )

Process

Boil beef with water pepper and salt.

Heat oil in pan and add boiled beef in to it.

Fry it for 5 minutes.

Add onion, ginger garlic paste and fry it for few minutes such that onion get blended with beef chunks.

Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and green chillies in to it.

Fry it and stir occasionally.

Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, chilly sauce and garam masala in to it.

Saute them for few minutes.

Add a few amount of water in to it and cook for 5 minutes.

Add tomato puree in to it and fry for another 5 minutes, such that entire puree get absorbed.

Chilly beef is ready to serve.
