I got this dish from one of my friend. After trying out it turned out one of my favorites.
Lets see what all ingredients is required for preparing this
Process 1
Mix the above ingredients + chicken(add water if required) and marinate for half hour.
Deep fry in oil.
Keep it aside.
Process 2
Heat oil, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, salt, and onion.
Cook till onion color becomes brown.
Add tomato, turmeric powerder, coriander powder, pepper power, and garam masala.
Add fried chicken from process 1.
Now add hot water and mix well and cook till the gravy thicken.
Add coriander and curry leaves.
Yummy Chicken Chukka is ready to serve.
You can serve this with Ghee rice/Chappathi/Porotta/Appam etc.

- Rice Flour ( 2 table spoon )
- Corn Flour ( 3 table spoon )
- Chilly Powder ( 1 table spoon )

- Lemon Juice ( 1 lemon)
- Salt (as required)

- Onion ( 3 medium, finely chopped )
- Ginger ( 1 tea spoon finely chopped )
- Garlic ( 1 tea spoon finely chopped )
- Green Chilli ( 2 sliced)
- Tomato ( 1 medium, sliced)
- Turmeric Powder ( 1 tea spoon )
- Coriander Powder ( 1 table spoon )
- Pepper Powder ( 1 table spoon )
- Garam Masala ( 1 tea spoon)
- Hot Water ( 2 cup )
- Coriander Leaf (as required)
- Curry Leaf (as required)
- Salt (as required)
