Mango Falooda



Ingredients

  • Milk ( 1/2 litre )
  • Water ( 1/2 cup )
  • Falooda grass ( 100 gm )
  • Corn Flour ( 1 table spoon )
  • Mango Flavor ( 1 tea spoon )
  • Sugar ( as required )
  • Cardamom ( as required )
  • Milkmaid ( 3 table spoon )
  • Grape for garnishing

Process

Boil water, add falooda grass into it.

Once the falooda grass melts completely add milk and boil it.

Then add mango flavour stir well.

Mix corn flour in water to form a paste add it to the boiled milk.

Keep boiling.

Now it thicken.

Turn off the flame.

Add cardamom and milkmaid.

Stir for some time.

Keep in a refrigerator for half hour to make it set.

Decorate with grape and serve cold.
