Ingredients
- Chicken ( breast boneless 100 gm )
- Pepper Powder ( 1 table spoon )
- Water
- Corn Flour ( 1 table spoon )
- Onion ( 1 finely chopped )
- Carrot ( 1 finely chopped )
- Coriander Leaves
- Sunflower Oil ( 1 tea spoon )
- Plain Noodles ( 50 gm )
- Egg White ( 1 )
Process
Cook chicken with water, salt and pepper powder.
Separate stock and boiled chicken pieces.
Crush chicken pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add carrot and onion. Stir and cook till onion becomes half brown.
Add crushed chicken pieces, a bit of pepper powder and salt.
Add chicken stock and noodles. Boil well.
Create a paste using corn flour and water. Add this paste to the boiling soup and stir well.
Add coriander leaves.
Turn off the flame and add egg white.
Soup is ready to serve.
