Ingredients
- Chicken ( 200 gm )
- Onion ( 2 nos, chopped )
- Garlic ( 4 cloves, chopped )
- Ginger ( 2 inch, chopped )
- Chilly ( 1, chopped )
- Bread crumps ( 1 cup )
- Egg white ( 2 eggs )
- Curry leaves
- Potato ( 1 big boiled )
- Turmeric powder ( 1 tea spoon )
- Pepper powder ( 1 tea spoon )
- Garam masala ( 1 tea spoon )
- Salt ( as required )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
Process
Boil chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder.
Minse it using a mixer.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and green chilly.
Add pepper, garam masala and salt in to it
Fry it for few minutes.
Mash the potatoes.
Add potato in to it and mix well.
Add chicken in to it and saute well.
Cook for a minute and turn off the flame.
Allow it for cool.
Make them in small balls and flat it for shallow fry.
Dip this balls in egg white and then roll in bread crumps.
Heat a tawa and add oil in to it.
Fry on both sides.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
